Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, May 9, 2019 a meeting of the VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the Village of Manley, Nebraska will be held at 7:00 P.M. at the Village Community Center, 115 Cherry Street, Manley, NE. The agenda for such meeting, which is kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the Office of the Village Clerk in the Village Community Center during normal business hours.

If you have a concern that you wish addressed, contact the Village Clerk (402-234-2304) no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Watch For New Traffic Signs

You will see new signage around Manley in the coming weeks.  Worn out, faded and broken stop signs & posts will be replaced and speed limit signs added to help remind drivers to slow down.  Manley has very few sidewalks, and therefore often has pedestrians, children and bikers on the streets. Please drive responsibly.

By Ordinance, the Village of Manley established Zoning & Subdivision Regulations in June 2010. Zoning affects every building and use within the city limits of the Village of Manley and a one mile radius of Manley. No building, structure, or land shall be used or occupied, and no building or structure or part thereof shall be erected, constructed, moved or structurally altered except in conformity with all of the Zoning Regulations specified for the district in which it is located.

No building or other structure, including fences, shall be erected, moved, added to, or structurally altered without a building permit first having been issued by the Village Zoning Administrator.
